Planner description
A digital legacy journal for iPad and tablets: 114 questions for Mom, Dad, Grandma or Grandpa about their family, childhood, school days, love, work and everything life has taught them. They answer in their own words, right on the screen. A printable version is included as a bonus.
"Tell me your story" journals turn the stories you've heard at the table into something you can keep. This one has a family tree, a family recipe page, a then & now page, a life timeline, photo pages and a letter to the family. Tap a tab and you're there.
💗 How it works (63 pages, 750 links)
- Side tabs on every page: Start, Roots, Childhood, School, Growing Up, Love, Life & Work, Wisdom, More
- Linked contents and section pages, so every page is one or two taps away
- Extra copies of the pages you fill more than once: 3 recipe pages, 2 letter pages, 4 photo pages, 6 notes pages
- Add photos on the photo pages, or on any page in your note app
- 4 themes: Warm Neutral, Blush Pink, Greyscale and Dark Mode
- Works in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo and other PDF apps that support links
💗 5 covers, lined or dot grid
A separate file for each cover: Mom, Tell Me Your Story · Dad, Tell Me Your Story · Grandma, Tell Me Your Story · Grandpa, Tell Me Your Story · or just Tell Me Your Story. Each comes lined or with a 5 mm dot grid.
📅 What's inside (114 questions)
- Start: how to use it, a note from the person giving it, contents, All About Me
- My roots: a family tree (both sides), my parents, what my parents taught me, my grandparents, brothers, sisters & cousins, family stories & traditions, a family recipe page
- Childhood: where I grew up, my earliest memories, childhood days, family life at home
- School years: school days, friends, my teenage years, dreams & plans
- Growing up: leaving home, first jobs, places I've lived, travels & adventures
- Love & family: falling in love, our life together, becoming a parent, my children, being a grandparent
- Life & work: my working life, proud moments, hard times, how the world has changed (then & now), my life timeline
- Wisdom & wishes: life lessons, what matters most, advice (on love, friendship, work, money, hard days and growing older), my hopes for you, a letter to my family
- Favorites & notes: my favorites, this or that, photo pages, notes
