Planner description

A clear, fully hyperlinked project planner made for the reMarkable Paper Pro. From first idea to finished, one clear step at a time: 20 projects with six pages each, a year roadmap and a weekly focus page, all connected with tappable links. Undated, so you can start any day and reuse it every year. Designed in soft color for the Paper Pro's color e-ink screen and sized for its 3:4 screen, so there is no zooming. Instant download: 202 hyperlinked pages in 3 color themes, right-handed and left-handed.

📋 What’s inside

  • 20 projects, each with 6 pages: project brief, milestones and steps, task list, 12-week timeline, notes and review
  • Project index: all 20 projects on one page, tap to jump straight in
  • Year roadmap (2 pages) to see what happens when
  • 52 weekly focus pages for your top priorities and next steps
  • Project ideas (4 pages) to park ideas until you are ready
  • 20 extra notes pages

🔗 Fully hyperlinked

  • 6 section tabs on every page: Home, Projects, Roadmap, Week, Ideas and Notes
  • Tap a project in the index to open it, then tap between its six pages
  • No scrolling through hundreds of pages

💗 How it works

  • Write down what the project is and why it matters in the brief
  • Break it into milestones and small steps
  • Plan the steps on the 12-week timeline
  • Pick your focus each week and check things off
  • Finish with a short review, so the next project goes even smoother

✍️ Right- and left-handed (both included)

Left-handed versions put the tabs on the left, so your hand never covers them.

🎨 3 color themes

  • Soft & Calm
  • Blush Pink
  • Bold & Playful

✅ Designed for e-ink

  • Made for the 3:4 screen of the reMarkable Paper Pro, so there is no zooming
  • Soft colors and clear lines tuned for color e-ink
  • Roomy writing space and big, easy tap targets
  • 202 pages: 20 projects plus planning tools

📐 Why this version suits the reMarkable Paper Pro

The reMarkable Paper Pro brought color to reMarkable, and this version is designed for it. Soft color accents mark tabs and sections so you can find your place at a glance, while the pages stay calm enough to write on all day. Everything is sized for its 3:4 screen, so there is no zooming. Because reMarkable has no built-in planner, the hyperlinks do the navigating: one tap to any month, day or section. Want something more portable? There is a Paper Pro Move version for the smaller screen.

On the Paper Pro each project's status is easier to scan thanks to color-coded sections and overviews.
