ADHD Cleaning Planner (“the App”) is developed by WayToPlan.

Your privacy matters to us. This document explains how information is handled within the App.

1. Data Collection

The App stores your cleaning tasks, progress, and personal data locally on your device. This data is processed locally to provide you with insights and track your cleaning progress.

2. iCloud Sync

The App uses Apple’s iCloud to sync your cleaning tasks, progress, and data across your devices. This sync is optional and requires you to be signed in to iCloud on your device.

All data synced through iCloud is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account. The App uses CloudKit, Apple’s secure cloud service, to facilitate this sync. We do not have access to your synced data, and it remains private to you.

3. Photos

The App allows you to take before and after photos of your cleaning progress. These photos are stored locally on your device within the App’s data storage. Photos are not uploaded to any external servers, shared with third parties, or accessed by us.

To use this feature, the App requires camera permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your iPhone settings.

4. Timelapse Videos

The App allows you to record timelapse videos while cleaning. These videos are stored locally on your device within the App’s data storage. Timelapse videos are not uploaded to any external servers, shared with third parties, or accessed by us.

To use this feature, the App requires camera permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your iPhone settings.

5. No External Servers or Tracking

The App does not use analytics, tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or any third-party services that collect your personal information. We do not share your data with any external servers or third parties.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:

  • Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium features
  • Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to premium features

Payment Processing:
Apple’s App Store manages all payment processing. The App itself never receives or stores any payment details, credit card information, or billing addresses.

Subscription Management:
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds:
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple’s support or your purchase history in the App Store.

7. Notifications

The App may send you local notifications to remind you about your cleaning routine. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not require any external services. You can control notification permissions in your iPhone settings and toggle notifications on or off within the App settings.

8. Feedback and Contact

The App provides a feedback feature that allows you to send us messages directly from the App. When you send feedback, your message is sent via email using your device’s mail application. We only receive the information you choose to include in your feedback message.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by deleting the App from your device. If you have iCloud sync enabled, you may also need to delete the data from your iCloud account through your device settings. All photos, timelapse videos, and cleaning data stored locally will be permanently deleted when you remove the App.
