Simple Birth Plan (“the App”) is developed by an independent developer.

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data on external servers.
All information you enter — such as your answers to birth-related questions — is processed locally on your device only to generate your personalized birth plan PDF.

2. No Accounts or Tracking

The App does not use accounts, analytics, tracking technologies, or advertising identifiers.

3. In-App Purchases

If you choose to upgrade to the premium version, Apple’s App Store manages all payment processing.
The App itself never receives or stores any payment details.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party SDKs, APIs, or cloud services.

5. Content and Age Restriction

The App is intended for adults who are preparing for childbirth.
It includes questions and information related to medical decisions, birth preferences, and pain management, and therefore is not suitable for children under 13.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from minors.
